Product Operation Guide
1.Take it out from refrigerater,place 6 on baking sheet pan and put it in room temperature for 30 mins to defrost.
2.Wake the dough up in 28-30℃,Humidity 75-80% for 60 mins. Flip the dough over and put it into paper cup (Brush oil in the cup). Wake till it rise up the cup about 90%.
3.Brush yolk liquid on the surface.(
4.Fan oven:175℃,24mins.
Bread oven: surface temperature 175℃ and bottom temperature 180℃,26-28 mins.
5.Take it out when becomes golden brown.
Notice: Shake the baking sheet pan to prevent retraction.
