Product Operation Guide

1.Take it out from refrigerater,place 20 a baking sheet pan and put it in room temperature for 60 mins to defrost. 2.Wake the dough up in 28-30℃,Humidity 70-80% for 90-120 mins till it rise up twice bigger. 3.Brush yolk liquid on the surface. 4.Fan oven:170℃,14-15 mins. Bread oven: surface temperature 200℃ and bottom temperature 180℃,20 mins. 5.Take it out when becomes golden brown,brush maple syrup about 2g. Notice: Shake the baking sheet pan to prevent retraction. The time and temperature are for reference , subject to actual conditions.
