Product Operation Guide

1.Take it out from refrigerater to paper cup, 12 a baking sheet pan and put it in room temperature for 60 mins to defrost. 2.Wake the dough up for 90-120 mins till it fill up the cup. 3.Brush yolk liquid on the surface.(If no cracks on the surface after risen up, use a stick to draw rhombus on it gentlely.) 4.Fan oven:155-160℃,25-28mins. Bread oven: surface temperature 185℃ and bottom temperature 170℃,20mins. 5.Take it out when becomes golden brown. Notice: Shake the baking sheet pan to prevent retraction. The time and temperature are for reference , subject to actual conditions.
